I really wish I read these reviews before undertaking insurance with Post Office, underwritten by Collinsons group. I am in awe that a simple damaged suitcase claim is taking weeks to settle. As per previous reviews you are pass between multiple claim handlers who don't seen to communicate with each other so you end up chasing your tail and repeating yourself as you are passed from pillar to post. My policy stated up to £250 for damaged luggage but Collinsons are doing all they can to not pay my small claim.5 years ago, I claimed with a different insurance company as fell ill on holiday. Claim was settled in a week. Appauled at this service. I've copied in the executive board to my most recent response. Hopefully, I will have someone take me seriously. Irony is my renewal is up in 2 weeks.Collinsons Group - Please do not respond to this review with a scripted automated answer. Settle my small claim.***UPDATE*** They have now contacted meAnd want to offer me £25 for my damaged Samsonite suitcase. Appalling. Avoid this company like the plague .
