We received our bond within two days, but the process was unclear. I requested a phone call to finalize the purchase, but instead received an email asking for more information. Although I replied and reiterated my request to speak with someone before completing the purchase, I did not receive a call. While I appreciate the prompt delivery, I believe that, given the amount spent, a phone call to address my questions would have been appropriate.
