We received our bond within two days, but the process was unclear. I requested a phone call to finalize the purchase, but instead received an email asking for more information. Although I replied and reiterated my request to speak with someone before completing the purchase, I did not receive a call. While I appreciate the prompt delivery, I believe that, given the amount spent, a phone call to address my questions would have been appropriate.
The Reps were very helpful and professional when I asked a question if they did not know it they either sent me to another person who did or got back to me with the answer.The process was simple and I appreciate everyones patience while I was learning about the bond we needed.
