I have been a customer of coloplast for about 10 years now and their service has been exemplary. In all that Tim I had one issue which they sorted out in 24 hours. Their web based ordering system is easy to use and very user friendly. I am now being forced to leave this and move to a cumbersome system run by Bullens for the NHS in Berks. As a patient my service has gone backwards. Be assured I have kept Charter as my delivery service and hope some day to return to using the Charter web site.
