Coloplast are always really friendly and helpful. I use the live chat facility to communicate with them and they always answer promptly, no waiting around waiting for them to reply to your message. The order/dispatch and delivery are always really quick too.
In 2006 days I started using urinary catheters , specifically SpeediCaths . I have ordered once a month EVERY month since then and in 2010 I added Peristeen rectal irrigation catheters along with them The last 10 years Coloplast Charter’s Service has been EXCELLENT. If I place an Order Mon-Thursday I usually receive my order the order the next day. But Coloplast Charter usually processes it right away . Their service is consistently Excellent and the products I have mentioned always come properly sealed and sterile
I have been with this company for around 8 years....which is shortly after I had an ileostomy. I was pretty much dependent on them to have as normal a life as possible, as without stoma bags and any other equipmentI needed,I would be unable to live any kind of a normal life.
They have been absolutely brilliant and have basically allowed me to lead a virtually normal life. If I have any problems,I am given access to a nurse/ adviser by them who has always given excellent advice and sent me any samples that I might want to try. They are always pleasant and friendly and make me feel that I can talk about anything without embarrassment.
Today I spoke to Samantha on live chat to order my stoma equipment and there was no waiting...she was lovely and quickly sorted out my order. I cannot speak highly enough about this Company. I rely on them without any anxiety, knowing that my order will always arrive on time and in all the 8 years that I've been with thrm, they have never got my order wrong. I order my medical supplies from Coloplast Charter, and have since 2019. In that time, I’ve never had a bad experience, delayed delivery or negative interaction with any of their staff. They go out of their way to make sure any issues, however small, or queries, however unimportant they actually are, are resolved and dealt with in super-quick time.
I have been a customer of coloplast for about 10 years now and their service has been exemplary. In all that Tim I had one issue which they sorted out in 24 hours. Their web based ordering system is easy to use and very user friendly. I am now being forced to leave this and move to a cumbersome system run by Bullens for the NHS in Berks. As a patient my service has gone backwards. Be assured I have kept Charter as my delivery service and hope some day to return to using the Charter web site.

They spend time listening to me rabbit on. Now today after a surgery mix up everything seems to be put right! I well recend caloplast charter for cathiter supplies who have a very good team! Easy ordering when set up on repeat electonicly by your surgery! And they have samples and can get a night bag holder on request too! If you want to try something new you can try a sample! Thanks all at the caloplast charter team! :-)

Having read all the positive comments given by other users, I can only say that I completely agree with them. Coloplast ticks all the boxes. The products are of a high-quality, and the service is outstanding. They are easy to contact, and always helpful and understanding and deliveries are quick and efficient. I cannot fault them in any way, and it is a great relief when you are struggling with a Stoma to feel that you have this sort of support available.
I have been with colorplast Since May and no matter what I ask about or need they do it so thoroughly by talking and explaining . The ordering is easy and straightforward .Even using the chat line is so good too so reassuring saves me stressing about anything .

Nothing is too much trouble and I am continually reassured by the wonderful levels of communication I receive from the Staff of Coloplast Charter. Deliveries punctual- no hassle.
