I have been with this company for around 8 years....which is shortly after I had an ileostomy. I was pretty much dependent on them to have as normal a life as possible, as without stoma bags and any other equipmentI needed,I would be unable to live any kind of a normal life.
They have been absolutely brilliant and have basically allowed me to lead a virtually normal life. If I have any problems,I am given access to a nurse/ adviser by them who has always given excellent advice and sent me any samples that I might want to try. They are always pleasant and friendly and make me feel that I can talk about anything without embarrassment.
Today I spoke to Samantha on live chat to order my stoma equipment and there was no waiting...she was lovely and quickly sorted out my order. I cannot speak highly enough about this Company. I rely on them without any anxiety, knowing that my order will always arrive on time and in all the 8 years that I've been with thrm, they have never got my order wrong.
