I rang Charter as my medical delivery order had not been acknowledged after 3 days. I was running low on items but Charter realised my prescription was late but on its way to them by electronic delivery, knowing this the customer service representative James said he would send my items straight away for next day delivery, even before they had my prescription. This was a huge relief and I want to thank James and Charter for the kind and considerate way they listened to me and helped me, if it wasn’t for Charter going above and beyond I would have been in a tricky situation and my GP would be getting a severe finger wagging from my wife.
