Unexpected additional charges

The 20-minute hygienist appointment was fine, but the checkout experience was disappointing. The receptionist added £20 for an airflow treatment that I did not agree to. The hygienist tried to justify it by claiming I had chosen it before and they assumed I wanted it again. This was very frustrating, especially after spending £72 on the appointment. Assumptions do not equal consent; I hope the team receives improved training.
