I attended a dental practice for my daughter’s appointment and arrived 30 minutes early, only to find out the dentist was running 35 minutes late. They mentioned the doctor was busy, which was irrelevant to me as a patient. Overbooking and extending other patients' appointments is unfair. It undermines the purpose of having an appointment system. Now they suggest I come back another day, but I worry it will happen again. I will be filing a formal complaint.
