I was unwell with the flu and made the effort to call a day prior to reschedule my appointment, but they refused to waive the deposit for a late cancellation. I understand the rules, but exceptions should be made for circumstances beyond the patient's control. I ended up keeping the appointment, but I was coughing throughout the procedure. This lack of consideration is disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice.
