Wow wow wow!!!!! Absolutely Amazing!! I never leave reviews but this is going to be a long one so grab a cuppa!!! Where do I start??!!! Firstly, it's always a worry to try a new online website...whether they are genuine or not. But I am so pleased I put my trust in Colour Your Eyes!! I always purchase my lenses from a local shop, but recently I haven't been impressed with their service, so I looked and found Colour Your Eyes! I purchased the Blind Black lenses but the description on the Mesmereyez website states they don't impact your vision, and I didn't read the correct description on Colour Your Eyes which correctly states they DO impact your vision! So after putting them in and not being able to see a thing that's when I messaged and this is where I found the most amazing customer service!! HAMZA!!!! If all companies had a customer service assistant like Hamza, there would never be any complaints!! He provided an exceptional service that I have never found, I work in retail and even I do not provide such service. With no questions, he soon sent out a replacement for me...I can now see!!! The new ones were shipped late yesterday and I received them this morning!! I can't highlight enough how much you should use this company. They definitely have me for as long as I wear lenses!! I am SO happy I found you. Hamza genuinely cared and even messaged today to check I received them. Thank you so much! Your boss should be so proud he has such a genuine, caring employee and all companies need a Hamza!!!
