The online store seems questionable. I placed an order but never got a confirmation email or order number. A few days later, the payment was taken from my account. When I contacted customer service, they claimed there was no record of my order. I was frustrated when they explained that the payment was just an 'authorization.' I contacted my bank to resolve this issue.
