I’ve been purchasing from their online store for a month, spending over $1000 due to trust in their quality. I bought a jacket for my son three weeks ago, but when I sought to return it because it lacked a hoodie, they refused because the tag was cut off. Despite being within the return period, they denied my request. The manager treated me poorly, assuming I wouldn’t know how to file a complaint. I plan to take this further to protect my rights. Their treatment of customers is unacceptable.
