This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a company. I would never order from them again. They essentially took my money without delivering the items. I ordered two jackets for my daughters and was told they were delivered, but I never received them. When I contacted the support team, they dismissed my concerns, insisting that I had received the items. I paid for these products and felt completely disregarded—avoid this company at all costs.
