Following confirmation from Columbia (on the 5th March), that they have received the return of two coats in perfect condition, they advised that would process a refund within 10-15 business days. 15 business days have passed and I have still not heard a word. I phoned Columbia today to ask what was going on and they acknowledged receipt of the items and that due to a technical issue, they had neglected to process the refund. They advised that a manual refund would be processed by the end of the day and unfortunately, I still have received nothing. As they do not have an exchange policy, where you can swap one size for another, you simply have to request a refund and purchase a different size instead. If this is going to be their approach, you have to be confident in their ability to process returns and conduct refunds. Unfortunately, their refund process does not work and I fear I will end up having to raise a dispute. It is sad, as I have purchased three other Columbia jackets this year and they are absolutely fantastic. In addition. the process for ordering an item works very well. It is just the return and refund process that fails and for a business that operates almost entirely online, it is simply not good enough
