Awful customer service, do not buy from here! I paid £4.90 for standard delivery which said 3-4 working days to arrive for a present for someone. After a week it hadn’t even been dispatched yet, so clearly it wasn’t going to arrive within the stated timeframe when they hadn’t even bothered to send it yet. I asked to cancel the order, but Laurent from customer services said it couldn’t be cancelled and would be dispatched within the next few business days! Absolutely terrible service, and made worse by refusing to cancel despite the fact the order has not been processed or left the warehouse yet. I’ll be returning the item so they’re just wasting everyone’s time.
Paid £140 for a smock coat 1 week of wear and the velcro tab was falling apart. I emailed with Patricia back on fourth and all I wanted was a replacement coat not money and she offered me 10% refund and 10% off code!!!! Complete and utter garbage ive had to buy the same coat again and send this one back for a full refund. Absolutely garbage customer care!!! They sold me a product that was poorly made and didn't want to replace it i had to fork out for a new coat my self !!! Great products poorly made and shit customers service

Disappointing experience with the Columbia Sportswear webshop. My jacket (Men's Tunnel Falls™ II 3-in-1) had loose Velcro and stitching broken after only a few wears, making it non-waterproof. Customer service doesn't offer replacements while they have the jacket in stock. They don't care about customers, only about their internal policies. Very poor quality and inflexible service – don't order from here!
Nothing more than disappointment, I order 4 items from Columbia on Saturday the 11 January hoping they will arrive in the 3-4 working days they promised. The time have past and the items haven’t arrived or even shipped! I’m sure I’m gonna return this items since I would not be needing them by then … horrible customer service and no solution or reply whatsoever. I prefer to order in another website than this. Don’t recommend!!!
Delivery is so poor.I ordered an item very early Monday morning (7am) hoping it would get here for Saturday, which seemed reasonable as it said delivery is 4 to 5 days. Now 4 days later the boots still haven't been shipped let alone delivered. When you contact customer services you get nothing back. Safe to say I won't order from them again.
Jesus christ…. Never ever buying anything again from them. Customer service? What customer service? They just point at each other. Bought fleece first day wearing it in car have permanent stamped seat belt all over the brand new jumper, litterally walking with printed seatbelt on it since day one. Had one reply with suggestions what to do with it from Rachael as apperantly its normal to happen overtime she said even tho i said it happened since day one. Tried calling but need to wait for her repply, been 2 weeks no answer. So thanku very much
Ordered clothes on 2nd January, items not dispatched yet.Called and emailed customer service for days without a response.We are now 11+ days later, and this is not resolved nor are items received or refunded.Avoid at all costs.I might add that I have bought goods to be delivered in the UK and that they have a UK warehouse- so what is the excuse?Shockingly surprised that such a large fashion house can be so lacking in both operational dispatch of goods and customer service.
If I could give them 0 I would. Sent some items back last month and took ages for a refund after asking where items were. Due to the shocking service I returned the other item I had originally kept due to appalling service. This item was posted back to them on 23rd December. They recieved it on 30th December and I am still waiting for confirmation and my refund for the item. I will NOT be purchasing anything else from these and will make sure other people are aware before they part with their money. Shocking service!!
