I have had many transactions with in the commercial bank kandana and i regret to say that that they work hard with multi tasking and this makes the customer waste time like forever. Right now trying get two debit cards and it had taken one and half hours and still waiting . Even, because of my past experience i have changed the branch from kandana to Yala because the assistant manager was rude during a transaction at that time . However, must also mention that the Manager is so helpful and prominent and has all the professional ethics and customer support. But, what can she do because no matter what, if the staff employs dont have the passion and customer service skills within them to serve the customers.
