Had Combined for ten years, to use them for a claim was an absolute pain in the rump. changed auto pay feature to another account, then had to deal with calling in and had to deal with their "customer service". Don't waste your time, go with Aflac or ANYONE ELSE!!! They make apologies across the board for their lack of talent and care, but lets be honest, if you have to apologize that much... it means you are terrible to start. horrible company.
