Extremely disappointing service. The support team appears to lack genuine knowledge and only follows scripted guidelines. Contacting the assigned adjuster is nearly impossible, and requests for callbacks are frequently overlooked. The claims process is overly complicated, with denials occurring for nearly any justification available. Overall, a deeply frustrating experience and a company I cannot recommend.
