I had this insurance through my job that I am currently still working. I called in April of 2024 to cancel this insurance because I found a better company better rates. To my knowledge when I called everything was canceled. All for me to discover a year later that this company has still been talking payments out of my check. I called them immediately after realizing this whole time they still been taking money and my accounts were still active. Keep in mind I have not 1 time used that insurance! I called back in October I was told to send in all paycheck stubs, which I did. The supervisor ella has been giving me the run around since October. Not answering my calls no new information as far as my refund for all the money thats been taken for a whole year and some. She called me in November and said I will be receiving my refund, I asked her what was the amount, because I had everything calculated. Ella said she didn't know and would find out. Long story short today is 1/26/26 and I have yet to hear anything from this supervisor Ella or have yet to receive my money that they been talking out. On top of that when I call in its still saying for account is active. At this point I will be getting a lawyer. This is very unprofessional and very stressful. I would not ever recommend this complany!!!!
