For 6 months, I've faced repeated interruptions with my Internet and cable service. A total of four technicians identified the issue at the service drop point. I want to speak with someone in management, but they refuse to take calls. After being a loyal customer for 31 years, paying an average of $150 a month, I feel completely disregarded.
