I have called them 10 times this month alone- each time spending over 1 hour on the call. I switched the Comcast business because I was told I would have a dedicated rep. Not true. Rep never responds nor calls back. Only chain emails with “ how am I doing” NOT WELL! I’ve been overcharged again for Comcast voice which I never signed up for. Last call was “ I’m not sure why it keeps being added but it shouldn’t be on there and your bill would be corrected” NOPE. Called two days ago and told again “ your bill will be corrected to around $80 to the amount it should be yet charged $140. Outrageous lot poor customer service. Loyal member for over 5 years. Calling AT&T tomorrow
