Closed my account, thinking I had settled everything. I received a $3.00 minimum interest charge on a $0.00 balance. When I contacted them, they claimed that while I paid by the due date, my payment didn't cover the interest due, which is why I still had a balance and owed the $3.00. I questioned why the balance showed an amount if it didn't encompass everything. After finally speaking to a representative, they simply insisted I had to pay the fee and showed no concern for my frustration. I felt I shouldn’t owe that $3.00 since I settled the total amount on time. Their customer service is lacking, their website is difficult to navigate, and their automated responses are unhelpful. Avoid them to spare yourself the trouble.
