Comenity Direct is an online savings branch of Comenity Bank. I have two experiences to report. 6 weeks after the account had been opened with a deposit of $20,000 there was still a daily limit of $2,000 on all outgoing transfers.When I asked to speak to a senior manager to complain about this on two separate occasions I was put on hold. I ended the call 22 minutes as I had another appointment. On the second call I hung up after 54 minutes. I sent a message to complain about this treatment which was completely ignored in their reply.
