Works great...until it doesn't.We own three of these, bought on separate dates via Amazon (where the company inexplicably has a high review - probably because Amazon reviews do not allow you to comment on aftermarket service, good job guys). We had them in regular use for about two years - great.They all failed within about 3-4 weeks of each other. Our support request went unanswered for weeks; eventually we received a message from someone in Egypt who was so incompetent that his supervisor followed up to correct him (keeping me in cc). Subsequent requests for support went unanswered. There is no service network, no technical support, nothing.If you're ok spending 200 bucks on a dehumidifier (in our case model MDDF-16DEN7) for a time-limited use and are ok with throwing them away when they inevitably fail (again, 3 separately purchased ones on 3 separate occasions), then please go ahead, but I will never touch anything made by this company again, and wished I'd checked their reviews here first.
