I bought 2 portable air conditioners from them last summer and 1 already died on me! A portable AC is supposed to last 5-10 years. It died about 13-14 months after purchase which is CONVENIENTLY 1-2 months past the 1-year warranty. The AC has a manufacturing problem/internal problem that I was told to not try to fix as it may make the appliance unstable. Meaning it was not a user error but instead something on their end, yet nothing can be done......I was told by customer service when I reached out that it should not be a concern and they will attempt to process a refund only to be ghosted for 2 weeks until I reached back out and got told that they can do nothing about it.Mind you, I paid $400 EACH for these only to have to replace one with a unit that is cheaper and significantly more effective at cooling my apartment!I cannot stress enough I would not recommend them due to their customer service and quality.
These seem to be fake companies. The old adage of it it seems to good to be true it is! Received an order note and then tried to get in touch regarding the delivery. Never replied. Eventually after 6 emails, I received an email from Oussama but it seemed generic saying that they had issues with their website! I reported it to my bank but all I wanted was what I ordered!
Ordered a double egg chair, was given a despatch email with tracking reference, which didn’t appear to exist when I used it.I emailed them twice, with no response.Thankfully I used Amazon Pay to place the order, so I was able to request a refund through Amazon.
Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered a coffee table on 23rd January and still not received it. Contact details for the merchant are pretty much fake. No response to our emails and voicemails which confirms that this company is nothing but scammers. Had to put in a claim through Amazon pay department to get our money back. Please avoid!!!!
Avoid this company. I ordered a coffee table nearly a month ago and it never arrived. After a week or so I emailed asking where the item was and they sent me a tracking number that doesn’t exist. They then never replied to any emails. Total scammers.
I ordered a double egg chair on 24th January 25, stating 3-5 days delivery, it's now 1st Feb and I still haven't received it. I have phoned and emailed with no response, I would not recommend ordering from this company, I am beginning to think it is a fake company. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can retrieve my £99.
