Ordered my product a month ago. According to tracking it cleared customs 9 days ago and is sitting in a warehouse 15 minutes from my home for the past 8 days. I contacted by email and was told the delay was due to customs clearance. When I told them according to the tracking information that was provided that was not the issue since that had already happened, the response I got was no response. Tried to call the support line directly only to be "told to use the email chat option for customer support"
