Have previously ordered these shoes before and found the quality to be good and the shoe to be very comfortable. I reordered but ordered the wrong size. Katherine has been excellent in getting a new shipment to me. Thank you for helping me to get the proper size.
Ordered my product a month ago. According to tracking it cleared customs 9 days ago and is sitting in a warehouse 15 minutes from my home for the past 8 days. I contacted by email and was told the delay was due to customs clearance. When I told them according to the tracking information that was provided that was not the issue since that had already happened, the response I got was no response. Tried to call the support line directly only to be "told to use the email chat option for customer support"
I’m very happy with customer service. The shoes arrived. They’re beautiful, but they didn’t fit quite right. I contact Nina and customer service and she is making it right and sending me a new pair different size.
Although I received incorrect sizing , due to my misunderstanding , the follow up from Nina has been exceptional,

After 5or 6 email exchanges from Nina,her undeniable customer service stood out I look forward to receiving the correct shoes that fit my odd size feet,5 stars from me.

I am patiently waiting for my shoes to arrive. My first shipment did not fit and Katherine arranged a replacement. Hopefully the shoes will arrive soon. My original order included the extra insoles. Katherine was very
helpful and professional in resolving my problems with my shoe replacement. I just hope to get my shoes soon!
Extremely disappointing product and service. I purchased four pairs as a gift for my father, but the shoes were so tight he couldn't even wear them. He only tried on one pair for a few minutes. The total order cost around $170. When I sought a refund, I was informed that I would need to pay for shipping them back to the overseas location, which is more expensive than the original order. This is completely absurd and feels like a scam to prevent returns.
Fraudulent Experience! The shoes were completely the wrong size. When I sought a refund within the advertised 30-day period, the response was that a refund would only be issued after the shoes were returned and inspected. Additionally, I would have to cover the return shipping costs, and the shoes need to be sent to another country.
Upon receiving the shoes at my doorstep, I noticed they were one size too small and quite tight. The support team promptly sent me a larger pair at no additional cost. This is outstanding follow-up service on their part. They set a benchmark for how all companies should engage with their customers. Best regards.
