Placed an order for a single pair of shoes. According to the tracker it arrived in Miami on 2/15/26 to clear customs. It then arrived to a local warehouse on 2/18/26 and the status is "Shipment in transit" Today is 3/5/26 and 17 days later the item is still there. I have used the contact us option to inquire and each time a form email response comes in saying "customs is taking longer than expected" . According to your own tracker customs has been cleared. I think this company is a scam. Buyer beware.
