I would give Katherine a 5 star rating for 2 reasons.
1. When I received my order of 4 pair of comfo feet shoes, they were unfortunately too big. I contacted customer support, and Katherine was very sympathetic and professional. She told me not to worry about returning my order, that she would order 4 pair of the same color shoes, only the correct size.
2. Katherine also helped me with some tracking concerns and was very courteous and responsive.
For these reasons, I would recommend customer support when they have associates like Katherine working for them. Looking forward to my new shoes
