I was thrilled to discover this service! I needed sofa covers to protect our furniture and was excited to find that they offer custom-made slipcovers for many popular brands, including the one I own. When the product arrived, I instantly loved the material I chose. However, I found the size was too large once I covered my cushions/sofa. I contacted the service and requested help to resolve the issue. The customer support team was FANTASTIC and assisted me in getting the correct sizes and initiating a reorder. They kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the initial sizing issue, I am giving my experience 5 stars due to the wonderful customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this service to friends/family!
