This is the 2nd time I order from Comfort Works. Their product is just amazing, easy to apply to the sofa, quick shipping and great service overall. I have a new sofa! thank you so much
I paid $1000 for a custom slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa. The original cover is canvas so I ordered a canvas cover assuming it would be similar quality after reading many positive reviews. Their version of canvas looks and feels cheap, like fabric used for outdoor cushions. Comfort works refused to issue a refund, stating they would make a new one for another $500. It looks and feels so awful, I'm throwing it in the trash. What a disappointing waste of time and money. I wasn't able to rate 0 or negative stars or I would have.
Melissa made it easy start to finish for our custom couch covers. We have the crate and barrel unwind couch and at the time the website didn’t offer the ottoman piece. After connecting with Melissa she helped us from start to finish to get that piece made. The fabric swatches were super helpful in finding a material right for our family. We have had the covers now for around a month and they have done a great job withstanding 3 cats and 1 dog who loves the mud. The chenille fabric is truly a wipe away material. We look forward to using them again in the future :)
I was thrilled to discover this service while searching for sofa covers to protect my furniture. I was delighted to find out that they offer custom-made slipcovers for various popular brands, including the one I own. Upon receiving the product, I instantly loved the material I chose. However, when I covered my cushions and sofa, I realized the size was larger than expected. I quickly reached out to the service for help. The support team was exceptional and assisted me in obtaining the correct sizes and starting a reorder for the oversized covers. They kept me updated, so I was informed about when the reorder was placed and when to expect the new covers. Despite the initial sizing issue, I’m giving my experience a 5-star rating due to the outstanding customer service I received. I would certainly recommend this service to friends and family!
I am extremely satisfied with the delivery and packaging. The craftsmanship and material quality are outstanding. I ordered a basketweave item in pearl, and the color is stunning. The support team was very helpful through email, and their response was prompt.

We ordered white cotton slipcovers for our armchairs. What we received was exceptionally made and fit the chairs perfectly. Although they arrived slightly wrinkled from being packed, that will fade over time (or we could wash them). One nice feature is that the seat cushion covers are the same fabric on both sides, unlike some other brands. Additionally, the zipper at the back of the chair is covered. Overall, an excellent product. Some may find them a bit pricey, but I couldn't have had similar covers made for this price anywhere else. The covers arrived within the expected delivery timeframe. Just a heads up: we received a notification about needing to sign for delivery, but that wasn’t our experience, so be prepared to be at the delivery location.
