I paid $1000 for a custom slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa. The original cover is canvas so I ordered a canvas cover assuming it would be similar quality after reading many positive reviews. Their version of canvas looks and feels cheap, like fabric used for outdoor cushions. Comfort works refused to issue a refund, stating they would make a new one for another $500. It looks and feels so awful, I'm throwing it in the trash. What a disappointing waste of time and money. I wasn't able to rate 0 or negative stars or I would have.
