What a complete rip-off! I received a king-size ottoman bed last Friday. After assembling it, I found that opening the storage pushed the headboard off its bolts. To make matters worse, there was no footboard, the mattress was incorrect, and it arrived dirty. They did send the footboard two days later, but what they advertised as a pocket sprung mattress is far from it. After just two days, the springs creak like an old mattress. The customer service is terrible; I’m now £540 out of pocket.
