We've just received our third bed from this service. Each delivery was on time with excellent communication. The quality is outstanding for the price, especially the king-size bed with mattress for £299. I always recommend them and won't buy from anywhere else. It makes me think the negative reviews are for a different company.
Fraudulent practices! I ordered a bed that arrived damaged, and the driver was incredibly rude. I accepted a replacement, but the new bed was missing parts and couldn’t be assembled. I reached out for support and got blocked. I’m now £280 down with a useless bed. Stay away from this service!
What a complete rip-off! I received a king-size ottoman bed last Friday. After assembling it, I found that opening the storage pushed the headboard off its bolts. To make matters worse, there was no footboard, the mattress was incorrect, and it arrived dirty. They did send the footboard two days later, but what they advertised as a pocket sprung mattress is far from it. After just two days, the springs creak like an old mattress. The customer service is terrible; I’m now £540 out of pocket.
Absolute scammers! I was cheated out of £255 for a double bed with terrible build quality. When I requested a refund, they blocked me. I managed to track them down and had family visit them. Update: I played them at their own game by opening a new account and placing another order. The delivery driver eventually took back the old bed and gave me a new one of decent quality. Apparently, they send orders to multiple factories and block you if there are issues.
