DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The shoes themselves are terrible. There is no support for my feet and I have really bad plantar faciitis and heal spurs. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a nightmare. The number goes straight to an automated recording that tells you to email them. The person I have been emailing is giving me the run around. She first tried to make me keep them for 45 days. Then offered a gift card return but only 20%. I said no I want a full refund and now she's making me show a proof of donation of the shoes before I get my refund! I wore the shoes just long enough, inside my house, to realize they weren't right for my condition. They refuse to take them back and their money back guarantee is a lie. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!
The shoes were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever worn. When I complained I received a gift voucher so I bought some insoles which weren’t cheap. They, if it’s possible are worse than the shoes. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of these products .
Amazing shoes very comfortable i work in nursing on my feet alot I was having troubles with my feet everyday I wore my new shoes the frist day & my feet didn't hurt like I couldn't walk on them they felt amazing thank you
I love the design of the shoe y’all recommend going up a half a size and I did that but it’s too big my feet keeps slipping and it makes it uncomfortable to walk now I’m trying to send them back. Not sure how to do that. Please help me to do that and get a size 7 instead of a 7 1/2 and maybe I can give a good review after that thank you.
Where to begin...I bought 2 pairs of comfort wear ortho shoes. It took a month to get here. Tracking is terrible. One pair fit and one didnt and both were a size 9. One was to small. I could not get ahold of customer service. I just kept getting coupons for next purchase. Shoes are very bad quality. Some wierd hard plastic on the bottom and the toes bubble on top. Now im out money and no good shoes to wear. I do not reccomend at all!!
The shoes ran at least one size small they also had almost no cushioning. Some of most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried.
While they offer a 45-day return window they really do not want to honor it, after several emails where they made offers to do anything to keep from refunding my money I was finally able to get a full refund. My advice is to avoid this company.
The first issue I encountered was the deceptive advertising regarding the origin and shipping of the product. They are manufactured and shipped from overseas! It took almost three weeks for delivery, and they arrived in a plastic bag instead of a box. There is virtually no arch support, and the material feels cheap, leading me to believe they won't last long, similar to inexpensive sneakers. On the first day, they felt acceptable, but by day two, after just three hours, I could barely walk. I ended up needing to buy additional arch supports! Had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I wouldn't have purchased them.
I was really looking forward to wearing these shoes! They just arrived, and I eagerly opened the package only to find that the quality is very poor and they don't fit well at all. There's no support, and the fabric on top does nothing to hold my foot securely. The strange laces only keep my foot inside the shoe. Additionally, the left toe box is narrower than the right, and the excess fabric creates an uncomfortable lump on the inner sides of both shoes. I've contacted the company and am hoping to get a free return and full refund.
I bought these shoes for my daughter, who works in a hospital, selecting her usual size. Unfortunately, they are too long for her feet and feel heavy and bulky. I've been trying to return them for two weeks but keep encountering obstacles. The "free return guarantee" seems unreliable. I may need to dispute the charge on my card. Just to clarify, the shoes are unworn and do not fit.
The shoes I received are significantly smaller than US sizes. I'm attempting to return them, but they requested a picture showing the size. I've sent this twice, and now I'm not receiving any information on how to proceed with the return.
