Hoping to learn more about the products, since this is my first futon purchase. The customer service rep on my end seemed very unhappy or lackadaisical about her job, which in turn felt like poor customer service. Super bummed about that, since I was very excited to order from this company. On the other hand, customer service from futon land was excellent.
