Horrendous customer service!
I had a bed delivered, we decided it wasn’t right for the room. We contacted comfy bedss to arrange a return, they have basically tried to claim they have not received emails from me. I have sent them screenshots of my emails and they have said they haven’t received contact so are closing the case!! I’ve had a bed sat in my living room for a month! You can only contact them by email, no other means of contact?!! Absolutely shocked and disappointed in the complete and utter lack of customers service.
