Horrendous customer service!
I had a bed delivered, we decided it wasn’t right for the room. We contacted comfy bedss to arrange a return, they have basically tried to claim they have not received emails from me. I have sent them screenshots of my emails and they have said they haven’t received contact so are closing the case!! I’ve had a bed sat in my living room for a month! You can only contact them by email, no other means of contact?!! Absolutely shocked and disappointed in the complete and utter lack of customers service.
I was pleased with the way this company keeps you fully informed from the moment you order to delivery. I had no issues and my bed arrived promptly.
Delivery wasnt bad n my bed was exactly what I ordered.

We required a split base divan for our son's room because of the tricky staircase and the challenge of getting it upstairs. After some searching, we discovered a few companies online that offered this type of base. The pricing was quite fair, and the ability to customize the fabric, color, and storage options was a great bonus. Delivery occurred within a week, even during the busy holiday season, and it arrived in perfect condition with a friendly service. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Thank you very much – we would not hesitate to use this service again if the need arises!
The ordering and delivery were seamless, although it took a bit longer than I anticipated. The bed came in great condition and was simple to assemble. However, I've noticed that the continental drawers of the divan bed I purchased are quite stiff to open. The other two drawers work well, and overall, the bed appears to be of good quality.
The communication was outstanding from the moment I placed my order until delivery and beyond. I ordered during the holiday season and was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery on January 11th. The delivery service was also fantastic, handling the removal of the old bed for an additional fee that was still more affordable than local options. I would definitely consider using this service again for future bed replacements.
The bed was excellent, but I wished for clearer details regarding the delivery timeframe. Without a contact number, it was challenging to find out when it would arrive. I understand this is linked to the delivery partner, but it can be tough when you need it by a specific date.
I wasn't sure about placing my first order, but after reading the great reviews, I decided to take a chance, and I am glad that I did!
I bought the reinforced divan bed and the New York upholstered floor-standing headboard. The divan bed is sturdy and well made, and the four drawers I chose are a space saver. I chose the bed/headboard in purple, and it's beautiful. The diamante on the headboard looks very elegant. It's a shame they don't do the footboard to match, as I would have bought that too!
I also bought the 3000 pocket sprung mattress, which was amazing to sleep on; it feels like the mattress is hugging my body, and for once I did not wake up with a backache.
Everything was delivered within seven days, which was impressive given Christmas is three weeks away. The delivery men were courteous and took everything up to the bedroom.
Overall, I am very pleased with Comfybeds and highly recommend them and will gladly order again.
This bed is fantastic and easy to assemble once you know the process. It looks great and offers ample internal storage in the ottoman. Delivery was prompt, and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. I deducted one star due to the absence of instructions, which made assembly a bit challenging.
