Don't bother, the customer service is appalling. For years, I've received mail meant for someone else and returned it. Yet, it keeps arriving. I contacted them via messaging since I can't use email or online chat as a non-customer, but they said they can't help and that I need to go to a branch. Why can't they just provide basic customer service?
