I set up my business banking with the company just three months ago, and it's been nothing but problems. A staff member aggressively told me to back up, as if he was ready to confront me. The company refuses to fix the ATM at the entrance for after-hours deposits, despite multiple complaints. I've now moved all my business to another bank, which has been excellent. I need the ability to do my banking outside of normal hours or I'll take my business elsewhere.
