I actually purchased your voltage enhancers by mistake. I immediately contacted customer support and between the back and forth. the units,(3 of them. Was only curious about 1 unit as my house is not that big), were immediately ordered and shipment had already been issued. In emails back and forth I was informed of this and I explained again That I really didn’t want the 3 units but as it was explained I would get 30 day money back guarantee so when they got to me I decided to try one of the units.
As it goes it’s been about (2) weeks and I was told by our electric companies data that even though we averaged a little less usage for the 2 week period our bill is actually going to be more than normal. So as it stands hard data over two weeks time showed that the unit did not help me and showed no difference in savings but an actual increase. So I’m sorry to say that the unit did not work as expected. I actually have a Furman for my musical gear and it actually is the only kind of unit I have ever seen that actually evens out electrical disturbance but I guess conditions are not optimal for your units
