The people are very helpful to me about my return. I did find out that I'm going to need to pay for the shipping costs back to California, but, that is OK. I will still get more of a return for the item, than I would have to pay for the shipping.

Disliked the high cost of the product, and the sales tactics of buy more now as we run out of product and buy two for less than the price of the first one you bought (I would've been ok with this had the product worked as advertised).

If you are in Australia, our consumer law states that they MUST return your money if you send the product back, even if it is NOT in the original packaging.

The product advertising was misleading & I was unable to cancel my PayPal payment immediately after I realised I had been misled into purchasing 5xPACKS of the product when I intended to order just ONE pack! My order was paid in $US & still pending when I attempted to cancel.
I would like a return address & payment refund. How? Were? Help, anyone?

Well I really don't know yet. I called about returning the 2 TV sticks I ordered and they told me I had to fill out a survey first. They advertised that the tv stuck would allow you to get free content. All it is is a portal to Google tv. You have to sign in with your Google account and anything you want you had to pay for at least from what I saw. I also didn't like that when I went to upgrade the system it didn't have any kind of bar telling how far along you were in downloading the upgrade. Remote didn't work very either and it was very cheaply made

Sent 2 items back tracked them and they were received! I can't tell you how many times I've addressed the only response was through Virtual contact didn't work either! Wanted me to pay to talk to a Technician which they said would be refunded! Can't get them to refund on items I returned! So guess have to go my bank and let them handle which will probably go through Fraud Dept! They got their items back I just want refund for both items problem solved!

First and foremost, it took a over a month for me to receive my package when the advertisement said it would be 7-12 days shipping. I was under the impression that the package was coming from California, when it was actually coming from China. It definitely needs to be made clear where the package will be coming from, before the purchase.
After receiving the Wuffy Dog, it was not as advertised, which was an AI dog that was USB powered, had a lot of different movements at Your Command. It was a lot smaller than I anticipated. It was battery operated, which you turned on and off by a switch. The sound of the dog was not like the barking of a small dog. It was more of a squeaky sound that I do could stand to listen to. The only movement it done was walking in a mechanical way, back and forth and making this weird sound until you turned it off. It was advertised as being more life like!
I hated the time it took to arrive and I hate the product. Very very disappointed!
