Really bad customer service. I ordered a discovery kit in October and I wasn't in when royal mail tried to deliver. This is obviously my fault, but royal mail then never redelivered or told me where my parcel went. Customer Service was no help at all - if anyone else has similar problems then note that they apparently have zero communication with their couriers and won't send out replacement orders for lost ones. Crazy to me when people could have over £100 in their order! As I ordered a discovery kit, I was supposed to get a code for money off a full purchase. I haven't received this so I emailed in and got a completely random email back talking about Black Friday discounts and an order in March - neither of these apply to my query. Definitely need some work on their customer service team.
