I urged this company to contact me because this was the third attempt to return a purchase.On January 28th, 31st and again today February 2nd, I wrote them to seek the return of two items that I had received.I also sent two chat messages through their online store, but have yet to hear back from anyone.There is no phone number to dial in order to speak with someone. I recently noticed this company already has three negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had known ahead, I would never have ordered from them.They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but there does not appear to be one. I file a complaint with the BBB, waiting to hear from them.
