This is a terrible company zero customer service, I tried to cancel the order 24 hours after ordering I texted and left email after email and they never replied until 12 hours after my first email stating they already shipped it and I’d have to wait to receive the package and then pay to ship it back and pay a 15% re stocking fee, funny thing is it’s been 6 days since the shipping label was created and fedex says they still havnt received the package from them what a scam company this is stay way!Even though they claim the parcel was picked up unreal this company is terrible

On January 28th, 31st and again today February 2nd, I wrote them to seek the return of two items that I had received.
I also sent two chat messages through their online store, but have yet to hear back from anyone.
There is no phone number to dial in order to speak with someone.
I recently noticed this company already has three negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had known ahead, I would never have ordered from them.
They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but there does not appear to be one.
I file a complaint with the BBB, waiting to hear from them.

Stay away! We purchased what we thought was 3D tiles. It was actually wall stickers. That was our mistake. We tried contacting the company for approximately 1 month. You have just a certain amount of time to be able to return your product. When we explained what happened, they never got back to us. We finally had to contact the credit card company to stop the payment and return it to us. The customer service is absolutely horrible! The product is cheap looking, and I highly recommend using a different company.
My experience with them has been more than excellent. Their customer service is a little hard to reach but when they responded they more than met my expectations. I order from a lot of companies but none have had the excellent customer service I experienced with Commomy
I’ve emailed three different addresses and tried calling, there’s no response in customer service and no one is there to help you. I’ve been trying to return for two weeks now. This website seems like a scam. Please do not trust it.
Terrible at returns, they skip and dance around the question every time you ask for a return address. Really, how hard is it, Commomy! I've asked 3 times now, what is the return address? I know I probably won't be getting a refund from these crooks. Their refund policy is not honoured. Bad customer service really!
