I urged this company to contact me because this was the third attempt to return a purchase.
On January 28th, 31st and again today February 2nd, I wrote them to seek the return of two items that I had received.
I also sent two chat messages through their online store, but have yet to hear back from anyone.
There is no phone number to dial in order to speak with someone.
I recently noticed this company already has three negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had known ahead, I would never have ordered from them.
They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but there does not appear to be one.
I file a complaint with the BBB, waiting to hear from them.
