Well I placed an order and they sent the wrong one but they made the process really easy and replied fast after sending them an email about it and they ended up shipping out the right one as a replacement. The jewelry is very durable and doesn’t tarnish or lose color. I have one of there necklaces for a year and it is still in amazing condition. Joanna was really helpful and responded quick whenever I needed help so shout out to her for the amazing customer service she provided!!
