Initially it was great. Quick delivery and good products. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. After returning a jersey by tracked post and being delivered on the 19th of December as stated by A Post, I have still not received a refund. After multiple emails (10+) I am still no closer to a resolution or my refund. All I keep getting is generic emails in response to my emails

I’ve haven’t taken the bracelets I bought from them in over a year and they still look just as good. I work outside and have broken three other bracelets this year from different companies but Common Lines bracelets still look just as good.
Very happy with my experience with the customer service at Common Lines. I purchased a necklace with them over a year ago, and it sadly broke unexpectedly. I was concerned that as it had been a long time since my purchase it would be an issue, but Joanna at customer service quickly responded; corrected issue professionally and sent me a voucher at the price of the original to purchase another necklace at my leisure. Thank you again and will definitely be recommending them and purchasing from them again too.
Purchased a chain for my boyfriend as a birthday present, excellent quality and beautifully made! Had some delivery delays due to Christmas and new years but the staff were extremely helpful and assisting. Responded right away and we’re happy to help. So happy with the purchase.
