I've been with Commsec for many years, just discovered that email support queries take at least 2 business days. Given the nature of share trading, you expect at least a response within 1 business day, 2 days is too late. In this instance I've had additional effort to fix stuff now because the ticket I raised wasnt looked at after 2 days
